- Gram Flour - 150 gm
- Red chili powder-1/2 Tsp
- Ginger paste-1/2 Tsp
- Garlic paste 1/2 Tsp
- Green chili – 1-2

Ingredients for kadhi
- Gram Flour - 200 gm
- Curd - 250 gm
- Turmeric -1 Tsp
- Red chili powder-1 Tsp
- Ginger paste-1 Tsp
- Garlic paste 1 Tsp
- Green chili – 3-4
- Asafoetida -1 Pinch
- Coriander - finely chopped
- Pickle seasoning - 1 Tsp
- Onion-1 small
- Whole red chilies -1
- Salt- as per taste
- Oil – two tablespoon
How to make kadhi
- After whisking the curd, make a batter by adding asafetida, red chili, salt, turmeric, ginger-garlic paste, and gram flour.
- Then pour 1.5 liters of water in it and keep it on low flame for cooking.
- Keep stirring continuously so that the knot does not come.
- After cooking for half an hour, add chopped green chilies.
- Then let it cook for a while.
- After 15 minutes, add the dumplings and turn off the gas.
