  •      Gram Flour - 150 gm
  •      Red chili powder-1/2  Tsp
  •      Ginger paste-1/2 Tsp
  •      Garlic paste 1/2 Tsp
  •   Green chili – 1-2
  •      Onion-1 small
  •     Salt- as per taste
  •      Oil – for frying

Ingredients for kadhi

  •      Gram Flour - 200 gm
  •   Curd - 250 gm
  •   Turmeric -1 Tsp
  •   Red chili powder-1 Tsp
  •   Ginger paste-1 Tsp
  •   Garlic paste 1 Tsp
  •   Green chili – 3-4
  •        Asafoetida -1 Pinch
  •       Coriander - finely chopped
  •       Pickle seasoning - 1 Tsp
  •      Onion-1 small
  •   Whole red chilies -1
  •      Salt- as per taste
  •   Oil – two tablespoon 


How to make kadhi

  1.   After whisking the curd, make a batter by adding asafetida, red chili, salt, turmeric, ginger-garlic paste, and gram flour.
  2.   Then pour 1.5 liters of water in it and keep it on low flame for cooking.
  3.   Keep stirring continuously so that the knot does not come.
  4.   After cooking for half an hour, add chopped green chilies.
  5.   Then let it cook for a while.
  6.   After 15 minutes, add the dumplings and turn off the gas.
  7.   For tempering, add 1 finely chopped onion and whole red chili in 2 tsp oil. Add the pickle seasoning and cover it with a golden brown…

Now your kadhi is ready to be served , Serve it with chapatti or cumin rice…..
