Koftas are fried dumpling balls. They are made up of mashed potatoes, mix vegetables and paneer with the stuffing of malaai. Today we are ready to share the recipe of vegetable koftas which are slightly crunchy from outside and very soft from inside with delicious and rich gravy. INGREDIENTS
For Kofta
ü  Potato -250g
ü  Carrot -100g
ü  Peas-100g(optional)
ü  Cheese-200g
ü  Ginger-1/2 inch
ü  Green chilli-3 or 4
ü  Powder of garam masaala -1 spoon
ü   Cream(Malaai)-100g
ü   Maida-1 cup
ü  Salt- as per taste
ü  Oil- For frying
For Gravy
ü  Tomatoes- 2 large
ü  Onion- 2 large
ü  Cashew-50g
ü  Garlic- 5-6 cloves
ü  Ginger-1/2 inch
ü  Red Chilli powder-1 teaspoon
ü  Turmeric-1/2 teaspoon
ü  Coriander powder-1 teaspoon
ü  Oil – 2 tablespoon
ü  Salt-as per taste
ü  Water-4 cup
Method
For kofta
·         Boil potatoes, peas and carrots together. After boiling mash the vegetables properly. Now add cheese in the vegetables.
·         Mix ginger, green chilli, amchoor powder, salt and powder of garam masaala too.
·         Give flattened shape lightly by hand and create balls with a little cream in the middle.
·         Coated all the koftas in flour and deep fry them.
Now it’s time to make gravy for our koftas. So let’s start...
  For gravy
·         Make tomato, onion, ginger and garlic paste. Make cashew paste separately with a little water.
·         Heat the oil in the cooker and add onion, ginger and garlic paste and fry it on a low flame. When the paste is starts changing its colour add red chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder and salt in it.
·         When the paste started leaving the oil, put cashew paste in it and cook it for three to four minutes.
·         After this, add four cups of lukewarm water and put the lid on the pressure cooker.
·         Cook the gravy until it gets a whistle.

·         Carefully put Koftas in the gravy and garnish with green coriander.

As we all know what is Jalebi because it is the national sweet of India which is also known as Zulbia.Today we ready to share a delicious recipe of apple jalebi with you .which can be best described as apple wafers dipped in the flavorful sugar syrup.   This is a modified version of Jalebis, with a super awesome taste . So guys Cook this dish and get ready to be called the master chef of your home. Ingredients Apple jalebi Apple             - Only 2 Sugar             - 1 kg. Lemon juice - 2 tbs. Saffron          - 1 pinch Oil                  - for frying Water            - 1/2 Ltr. Maida            - 300 gram Almond         - 20 gram Pistachios     - 20 gram Silver foil (chaandi ka warq) – 2 or 3 Method Ø Add 1 cup water and make the batter for jalebi. Ø Make it two days before and put it at a normal temperature and run well with a spoon in it every 12 hours. Ø  Mix sugar and water for the syrup and make two-wire syrup on a low flame. Ø

Coconut Ladoo

  Coconut  Laddu is a dense milk-based  sweet from the Indian subcontinent , and a type of  mithai. We can make laddus by various kinds of main ingredients but today I am           sharing my personal favorite recipe with you guys which is laddus by Desiccated coconut or nariyal ka burada ……..   Ingredients Desiccated Coconut :- 4 Cups Milk   :- 2 cups Sugar :-1.5 cups Ghee :- 2 tsp Milk powder :- 4 tsp Cardamom powder :-Half tsp Desiccated ladoo How to cook First heat 2 tsp ghee in a pan. Then add 4 cups of desiccated coconut and stir it on low heat. After about 5 minutes add 2 cups of milk and keep stirring on low flame. When the solution is thick add 1.5 cups of sugar. Add milk powder after 2 minutes. Finally, add cardamom powder and turn off the gas and let the mixture cool down. When the mixture cools down, make small balls by hand and give the shape of the laddoos and coat them with desiccated coconut. Now keep these laddoos in the
