Cheese pops



The cheese pops are great to take them with you to the work for lunch or just as a nice snack. Your children are also going to be loving it.

Ingredients
·       Flour   - 120 gm. (1 cup)                                                                                                                      
·       Butter - 50gm.

·       Egg      - 4Large
·       Cottage cheese – 50gm.
·       Onion - 1 Large
·       Black pepper powder – ½ Tbsp
·       Salt    - according to taste
·       Water - 1 Cup
Method
Ø  Boil the water and butter together until the butter is melted and the water does not boil well.
Ø  Now add flour and mix it slowly.
Ø  When the dough mixes well then turn off the gas.
Ø  Whisk the egg thoroughly and mix it in the mixture.
Ø  Now add cheese, finely chopped onion and black pepper in it.
Ø  After this, make small balls of this mixture and deep fry on light flame.

So friends, your delicious and crunchy snacks are ready. You can serve them hot with green coriander sauce.
