A delicious mix of raw bananas and potatoes make these cutlets special..- Raw Banana Cutlets with potatoes taste sumptuous. You can have them ready in just 30 minutes. So, here's an easy breezy recipe for a perfect teatime snack. They're nutritious too. A good way to include raw plantain in your diet.

Ingredients
Raw banana-3 medium
Potato - 2 medium
Onion – 1 medium
Bread crumbs - 1 Cup (dried)
Green chilli - 5 or 6
Dry mango powder – ½ Tbsp
Salt – according to taste
Oil – for fry
Method
Ø  Peel off raw banana and potato then cut and cook it on a light flame in the cooker.
Ø  Now smash bananas and potatoes.
Ø  Mix dry mango powder, finely chopped onions, salt and finely chopped green chillies in this mixture.
Ø  Now add little oil to your hands and make the cutlets from this mixture and give them the desired shape.

Ø  Then apply bread crumbs on these cutlets and deep fry them.
